You could get the sights, sounds, and smells--and perhaps much of the tactile stuff (temperature, humidity, fabrics, etc.), but the sensations of lower or even zero gravity would be very difficult to recreate. What most people don't realize is that being in say the ISS (International Space Station) would feel like what your guts feels like when you go down a roller coaster. Granted, the initial descent on a roller coaster is a little higher, but not much. The sensation is that like you're constantly falling. You get "used to it" after a while, but it's just another reason why not everyone is cut out to be an astronaut!
