More like I'll be in a fulltime job and she's been too busy with doctor appointments and other things to go fulltime

But she and dad are determined that I'll have a retirement and don't get screwed over like they did. Main reason I don't have a student loan is because of that

Orientation was at eleven
I start tomorrow morning at seven
Two lumpers start tomorrow at six. A third Wednesday at six
On the plus side I'll be getting tail end of a pay period so that's some money...though I have to use it to repay dad for my steeltoes and lunch bag. Oh well

Day one:

That's an overview of the whole place
First day was messing with the handheld device that is less sensitive than a rock and today I did that and checked out truckers
Tiring tho. I hate getting up so early

ugh, I'm tired thinking about loading trucks. Just keep reminding yourself you are getting paid. It should go better when you become more familiar with the system and it sounds like sometimes you are busier then others. I guess you could be thankful you are not going in at 2:30 am like some Post offices and UPS do.

If I started that early I'd wake up at five in the afternoon and go to bed right after

I'm a clerk, I'm getting $11/hour, and the pay period ends today so first paycheck will be next week

Oh yeah
We have doors 42-58 and 64-68 on the back dock
Front dock lost 50-58 for over an hour after one guy's tractor died. It's crazy in the office as they play catch up and I'm just sitting there. Bad time for them to have a trainee
