I liked doing it with pecans and marshmellows too and it turns into rocky road

I'd do it without nuts since my boyfriend doesn't like it and wouldn't want to eat it all by myself.

You could also do a carmel marshmellow swirl. Those are really good too, sprinkled with a bit of salt. Like rock salt.

the lemon cheesecake I like the best is a no bake one...don't recall the quantities because I haven't made it in along time but it has 1 pkg dissolved lemon jello, 1 cube cream cheese and whipped cream pour into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm. You can do the crust with crushed lemon ginger cookies in stead of graham crumbs.

Very light and delicious!

I'll have to look for the recipe, you only use the hot water portion of the lemon jello recipe and let it cool (but not set). then whip the whipping cream. Mix the cooled jello with the cream cheese until smooth and then fold in the whipped cream.

my boss brought costco cheesecake to work today...I don't think I've had the costco brand before...it was yummy...add some warm jam or fruit compote on it and it would be even yummier!

Yum. It's been awhile since I've had anything from Costco. I had a dream about making cheese danish. I really need to try the recipe I found for some easy to make kind.
