I don't have to do an online lab for my physics class today!
I have some things to eat in my dorm- including chocolate chip cookies I can bake.
I don't need to leave my dorm today.

I'm surprised they still let you stay in the dorms...that must be a relief for you...around here everyone had to leave.

Beautiful sunny day
Did some weeding and transplanting
Slept in this morning...nice not to have to worry about shutting off the alarm clock.

A hot day but the house has managed to stay cool enough to be bearable!
Went out and took some pictures of birds by my house and flowers in my yard.
Made some homemade popsicles!

1) Submitted all my postgrad applications! Ahhhh, I hope everything works out well
2) Got feedback on some coursework, and I'm really happy with it!
3) My mom made a dessert that I've missed since my childhood and since we've last gone to see family in our home country

1. The anxiety that washed over me every morning is finally gone. My head feels clear, I feel happy and positive, and I truly feel like I belong in this world.
2. I am learning to not worry about what other people think of me, and just start thinking about myself and my next move. This way I won't care if people like or dislike the things I make or do. Or rather, even pay attention to me at all.
3. Oh yeah, and I finally bought chilis! A lot of them! Now my foods will be spicy just the way I like it!!

1. I will be able to get the medicine I need for a middle ear infection that I magically got.
2. My workload isn't heavy today.
3. I have ramen and bread in my "pantry"- two things I really needed.

Wow! Sounds like some progress being made by you all! That's a plus!!

Hot but not sweltering, nice breeze, did some gardening, sat out and enjoyed the day for about 30 minutes (I can't take more or I get a burn!).
Heard back from a friend I used to work with.
My car got realignment and tires rotated so it drives more smoothly.

Thanks Cheesecake! It is great that your got some rest and your car drives better.

1. I am FINISHED with this darned semester!!! I just finished taking my last final exam. I can rest now until I move out.
2. I still have some food in my dorm.
3. Although not really safe, I am going to the store later today. I am out of soap, and I'm using up a tiny piece of soap I bought from my school's store months ago. I have a cute piece of hotel soap laying on the other desk in my room, but I don't want to use it, at least for now.
