College! Woo!

So, as many of you know, Diana and I are both in college. If you didn't know, hey, we're in college! Lmao.

I figured since a new year is rolling around and stuff soon, I'm curious as to what everyone is up to.

I moved to the big ol' city of Toronto (it's huge! And very confusing.. lol) for video game design!

Is anyone else in college? High school? University? o: And what for?

I just graduated from College!! I'm starting my career soon.
College was fantastic. I loved it, but wow am I glad to not be paying tuition anymore!!

And don't fall behind- omg. Just do your work when you have to. This is ridiculous.

And make friends- lots and lots of friends. My class is a small group, so we made a Facebook page for our class specifically so if anybody gets behind or doesn't know what to do, we have easy access to everything.

I have not yet ever been to college... I jumped straight into work... I was working during high school anyways and I like to work... So it just happened... Plus I'm terrified of loans... And the college I would need to go to is the most expensive in the state and its the only college that has what I need... So... I will keep working for now...

I'm a junior in college and I can't wait to get this over with and pursue a career I might enjoy the rest of my life. :'D I'm studying psychology, was a former Business Admin major, but I didn't really feel it anymore so I changed lol.

I'm studying web design in my second year of college. I changed majors from accounting so I'll be there a bit longer than most students.

I never went to college well traditionally anyway. I did take an online course to be a Teachers Aide.

Both of my parents are math majors. And this was in Russia, where education was more advanced. I feel like I'm a disappointment.

I went for a Forensic Anthropology degree. Got 3 months from graduation for my bachelors degree and ended up in the hospital with Crohn's disease. Haven't been able to go back since. But I sometimes tutor on the side. I'd love to be a teacher but due to my lowered immune system I can't be around kids for long. They're cute little germ factories!

I'm in my last year for my undergrad, I hope. I have two math courses left and I pray I can pass them. I'm not good with numbers.

I get this job, I won't be going back to college
Not that I like it anyway
I don't like school, plain and simple
Even less so when it wants money I don't have
Rather have a job where I'm getting money, not having it be nommed somewhere where about 98% of what I do is useless in the long run
And I have medical bills in collection. Adding "education" bills on top of that? No thanks

I'm in my 3rd year of my undergrad, majoring in linguistics. I'm a bit older than many of my classmates since I went back to school in the later half of my 20s.
