NO, you can not trade or gift pets (yet). You can drop them in the adoption center for 100 feathers and someone can take it out of the adoption center by paying 100 feathers but it is a first come first serve so make sure they are ready to pick it up. You can have the recipient donate feathers to you personally once they get it if you arrange it but normally we don't know who donates to the adoption center. Sometimes Diana drops in a pet or egg.

If you need to keep your pet alive or revived but don't have wing currency then check out Mouse's thread...she will trade or sell Diamond shop items.
