Chocolate brownie ice cream, yum!

I've tried making my own before when I was young. Took a lot of effort.

I have to have some sweetness added to the lemon popsicles but I'm ok with just lemon in water or ice tea

Benefits of lemon in your water:

Lemons contain 30-50 mg Vitamin C per lemon and contain potassium, depression and anxiety are often linked to not having enough potassium in your blood. Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning gives the body a chance to absorb these vitamins effectively and can provide a little immune boost. It provides your body with hydrating electrolytes and helps your liver produce more enzymes and lemon's anti inflammatory properties helps your body fight off diseases. Lemons also have pectin fiber, which aids in the suppression of hunger cravings and benefits weight loss. Check out the other benefits of lemon.

Ice cream machines now make it so easy to make ice cream with in 20 minutes. Actually, I think at the blender demo in Costco one time they made sorbet in minutes !

How do you eat prunes? Are they like raisens?

Every time I hear prunes, I am reminded of Cibderella 2, and the mice freaking out about having prunes for dessert.

Oranges are also good for happy poops; something about the citric acid I think?

If you are really in need of potassium, it comes in pills you can get at your drugstore. It also this powder called "No Salt"; which tastes really bad if you just take a spoonful, and I would not recommend eating it by itself.
