If he is on pain meds still that can zap your energy too and actually I think I heard all meds take a week to 10 days to clear completely out of your system.

He hasn't been taking them much because he's not in pain more discomfort. It only bothers him when he tries to do too much.
Yeah that's right about the meds taking time to clear out of the body. You're very knowledgeable Lemon. ^^

he may nopt want to do the heavy duty pain killers but ask his Dr if he should be doing an over the counter pain killer like Tylenol or ibuprophen, aleve etc since they also work as an anti-inflammatory too to reduce swelling.

He went in for his post-surgery follow up appointment yesterday. I got myself on an opposite schedule of him and didn't hear how it went.

So everything is fine, he just needs to take something to help him sleep besides the strong stuff.

I feel like I'm doing pretty good. I think my bullet journal is working out better than writing in a text document journal. There are some things, like how my health is, that I don't have room to put into the daily portion. I have to figure out where and how to add that in.

I was reading up on mold symptoms and some of the things listed were fybromyalgia, lupus, amongst respiratory asthma like symptoms, rashes, hives, headaches, memory loss etc. Makes me wonder if many of our problems aren't due too breathing in mold spores.

I've wondered about that too. Has to be something causing it.

well, I have been working on cleaning the mold and condensation from the windows. Apparently too much humidity inside the house causes the moisture to build up on the windows. I think that is where the majority of mold probably grows, other then water leaks somewhere causing hidden problems.

Hi Cherry thanks for stopping by. ^^

Galled: Hope it's as easy a fix as can be. We had to have the guy come out twice to fix the roof.

Water leaks are tricky. You seal one leak and water can migrate to another area! :(

Ello Honey! Not sure if the frogs are out just yet. They're more active when it's warmer.

Galled: Yeah, ours took two times separate times for it be to dealt with.
