Imagine growing up in the wizarding world, then coming to Hogwarts and this muggleborn figured out this loophole or other and has this mystical thing called a tablet. They can watch these things called videos. They can chat with someone from across the world. They can even draw, make videos, and all sorts of things, even play games!

But except for the Weird Sisters playing once at Hogwarts, everything we see it elsewhere, such as The Burrow. Sure, it's a Wizarding home, but it's hosting only about a dozen people while Hogwarts has several hundred, if not several thousand students, plus staff
Plus what happens in the movies doesn't always line up in the books
Like the boggart repelling spell, in the books, Ron uses it to make the giant spider's legs fall off. In the movies, skates
Plus it's mentioned in HBP that Dumbledore does lift the anti-appraration spells off the great Hall for an hour or so. It wouldn't be surprising to find such a thing for bands. But unless we're talking electric guitars, we are never told what instruments the Weird Sisters, much less any other group, uses so for all we know they use Taiko drums, which would very well not be effected by said interference

And I am going by the books, not the movies, because like always, most of the book is cut and then a lot of changes and stuff are dumb, pointless, or not even canon to the books
