No, Im the same way, but not for the same reason.


I dont like ice in my drinks because i dont want the drink to be watered down and it seems i get more soda without ice than with.

I usually try to drive home the point i want no ice. I need to see it on my receipt. Especially wendys. Wendys doesnt have an automatic drink machine.

I like no ice in mine either - because i want what I pay for and not less and who knows where the ice has been

The ice has been in the machine. (Unless the machine is down, usually it's in a tub of ice which came from an icemaker.)

I asked the girl today if they still offer the 2 egg mcmuffin's for $5, she said yes and so I said ok I'll have the 2 egg mcmuffins then and I ordered coffee for the girl I work with too. I don't know why I didn't check my receipt, which I usually do, or the order before I left but I got to work and it was 2 sausage mcmuffins which the sausage makes me throwing up sick. I took the sausage off but the grease had soaked in already. ugh. And this was the shift manager who took my order. Lesson learned: repeat the order back to them if they don't, check the receipt and the order before leaving. (The other day I used the buy one get one free coupon on the mango smoothies and they made the strawberry banana. So I told them it was supposed to be mango. They went to remake it and gave me strawberry banana AGAIN. So I said, no, it is supposed to be mango. The person I was getting it for loathes banana so I couldn't just swap it and banana doesn't do well with my tummy).
What do they do with the food they mess up on the order?

They usually just throw it out if no one wants it. At least where I'm at.

But that's ridiculous how they still made the wrong drink. Do they not know the difference?

why are your prices so much less? That hardly seems fair that the prices would be different. Pay starts at $10.50/hr I think, how about there?

8 something or 9 something. Idk anymore. It changed since i started i think.

When i started is was $8 an hour and then i got a $0.30 raise.

The one i work at has free water (excluding bottled) and the mcdonalds in my hometown is $0.50 for a large cup of water.

we get free water and any size fountain drink or the coffee is $1 so that's a great deal.
