Gizzie had her SECOND NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE yesterday morning 113-114 am I was laying in bed wet hair just washed it didn't dry it playing on my phone plugged in during a bad electrical storm I hear a huge BOOM THUNDER and then I felt like I was sticking my finger in a light socket because my pinkie was struck by lighting hubby says his foot got extremely hot at the same time so I guess lightning went through the bed or something o. O glad my cell didn't fry

OHMYGOSH Gizzie! You are so fortunate! They tell you not to use electronics in an electrical storm and I guess that is why. You and your hubby are so very fortunate! Do you have surge protectors in your place? If not, I would definitely get some. But in a situation like that would those even help?

Do you need to go to the Doctor's and get checked out? How are you feeling today? Are the turtles ok? No fire or anything to the house? My Uncles tree got struck one time and it split in two and caught fire.

I am so relieved you are ok! Phew! Go buy a lottery ticket.

We have surge protectors on everything in the living room, tank pump, turtle heater, tv, etc etc
No fires no damage and surprisingly the phone still WORKS
We are fine and I really seem to have no bodily injury my pinkie is slightly red like barely at all like if you run your hand under hot water it gets red but nothing bad
I felt like a picachu for a second but I haven't had any problems with myself since

They seem OK I have carpal tunnel too so it's hard to say what is what


Right now my left foot is flaired up with gout so I am limping

Poor foot. For the past few days my right calf muscle was tying itself up in silly knots, on Thursday the chiropractor poked it, and I said ouch. Then I told her to KEEP poking it, to get the knots out.

I've had pain in my big toe joint. I imagine gout as like that, but even more painful. *hug*
