I've had the books for awhile now.
Had to get them because one year my uncle got me the last one for Christmas.
So I was like "aaaahhhhh" and wasn't happy until I got all of them. lol

And watching things is always better with someone else.
Though, maybe not me.
And I meant that as I'm a terrible watching partner bc I talk.
A lot.
Even when alone. lol

I've already read them in the past. We already had all the books but a lot of them have rips and whatnot, plus I couldn't take them with me if I move out, but now I can bring the ones I got for Christmas.

Lol
I talk a bit myself

I talk a lot as well. Earlier I was watching a nature documentary with my fiancé. I could tell I was bugging him because I kept adding my own commentary lol.

I'm guessing you have a British accent, so I'm sure your commentary fit the visuals perfectly! ;)

Talking is just too much fun. And I like to point out things in the movie. Maybe lore or maybe little details that I noticed. Or even sometimes ask questions

My British accent isn't the stereotypical Queen's English one; so not really lol.

It's fun to talk and watch TV. It adds to the entertainment.

Not really. We say eh every now and then, but we don't say it too often. Probably just more than Americans do, just enough that it was noticed and stereotyped.
But it's fun to joke about it.

We also don't live in igloos, aren't always polite, don't have snow year round (except maybe the northernmost areas), and we don't know your uncle Jim.

What about Americans? What are some things you guys do and say that have become stereotypes? I know some like that all Americans are obese or something, but that's a mean one and I don't believe it.

MissAutumn what do you mean by "Queen's English", because in watching BBC shows I noticed there are quite a few different accents. I've know people from the UK and I have always been able to understand what they are saying but I watch some shows and I'm like...turn on the closed caption because I barely understand a word!

Of course the Harry Potter movies I understand what they are saying.
