In other news; we're getting more people at work, but that means that my hours are getting cut

More help can be nice but not good that you have to spread the hours between you. Can you ask for another shift?

I asked the guy in charge of the schedule to get at least four days a week, but he said he can only give out a certain amount of hours, and the full timers get priority, unfortunately
