Can always have tea after resting--
NGL this is why I am trying to always have at least one of those individually-wrapped tea bags on me. Hot water and a styro cup usually aren't that hard to find on the go, so at least I get to make my own tea instead of purchasing some potentially overpriced hot beverages.

I've been committing tea blasphemy and cold-brewing the most random of teas, except for puerh - it might get funky if I leave that in cold water for too long. So I'm having (iced) puerh now (regretting this decision).
Everytime I drink it I'm reminded of a YT short. I blame CC.

Yep! It's just steeping the tea/coffee/herbs in regular temperature water and sticking it in the fridge overnight. Really useful for making cold tea or coffee for hot days without using up too much ice. In my experience, cold-brewed stuff are usually less bitter or astringent.
Though, barley tea can be cold-brewed in an hour or two.

The taste is all over the place. The puerh I have atm is called 'sticky rice' puerh and it does taste like fresh cooked rice. I had a puerh before that somewhat tasted like that sweet smell of mown grass after a rain - not exact, but that's the best descriptor I have: wet, grass-like, sweet.
