Accurate image of me trying to figure out how to make haunted dolls without using fabric.
It's ridiculously circuitous, but I could go the route of making songs to swaddle thunder - no idea where the librarian manifested that fabric from, but at least it's a usable fabric item.

Something i never understood with the story of the man in the iron mask was how could they be so cruel as to make him constantly wear it? I suppose it was that or death so he chose the mask ...but really ??

I've only had the knowledge from watching the man in the iron mask (1998) so from what i can understand, knowing that the origin is in france. I think the whole point of the iron mask was to just cover the identity?? of a well known person? In the movie's case, he is the next heir's twin brother.
