Oh yes, not spending money right away is difficult. I used to spend my money so fast but over the years, I've gotten much better about it. I remember what my friend used to tell me, 'Before you buy anything, ask yourself if you absolutely need it. Or if you're just getting it because you can afford to.' And it's actually helped me a lot.
Christmas shopping is always hectic so be careful out there okay?

Went shopping today, was busy but the worst was the the way people drive in the parking lot!

So, I decided on my project!
I bought a can of 3 tennis balls for $1.99 each at Target & got some socks on sale with an additional discount from Kohls & am going to make tension busters. It's 2 tennis balls in a sock that is tied at the end. I will sew cloth bags and it will cost me less than $3 an item! I'll print out some instructions on how to use them. I may sew a couple hand warmers & put with them...I'll have to see how much time I have! something useful!

That's a good way to think about it! I've had to think that way a couple times, I've wanted to buy Discord Nitro and profile banners and whatnot, but I've had to tell myself I don't need it!

The thing about being an "adult" often means we are the ones paying the bills so after those are taken care of there is sometimes little left for the frivolous things <versus the necessary> ... and the cost of power, water & gas seem to have doubled!

That is why it is helpful if a job offers health & other benefits included...otherwise I think sometimes I would have to be homeless because costs just keep going up & up. even eggs went up another dollar this week!

Well my Christmas is postponed until about February thanks to the DMV I have like $300 in one of my accounts but it's froze till I can show an ID well my ID expired on my birthday back in Oct and the DMV is backed up on appointments so I can't get my renewal till my appointment January 7th and then it takes like 4 to 6 weeks or something to come in the mail so that ruined my holidays
