First day of spring is almost here!

Getting some decent days. Nights are still cool and some days are still cold but should even out in a couple weeks. I look forward to not having to constantly feed the fire

Dad n I tried to find the clog in the drain. Either one spot isn't sealed right now or the seal broke but either way now I have a leak and the slow drain is worse

ugh! Oh no! Leaks are so annoying!

The building my work rents from has a clogged pipe supposedly from an upstairs bathroom, which they don't know where exactly from, so they are having to bring in portapotty's for us to use. Yuk! Now it will mean no going to the bathroom unless we have someone to cover as we will have to leave the building to go. <I guess it could be worse, there could be no bathroom at all>

I'm pretty sure if there's no bathrooms they legally can't be operational

I think you are correct. Port-a-potties are considered OK (by them, not anyone else really). Unless they're timely replaced/emptied, whoa boy. (Seen it and it ain't pretty! Horror show stuff...)

Big temp swings can be worse than consistent hot or cold. Good that you still have wood left!

I've seen on the news that the East coast has been having some really bad, cold weather. I bet a nice toasty fire is appreciated on those days!

Do you ever burn the yuletide logs that have the chemical dusting that makes the flames colorful?

We have been. The fire is nice

I'm pretty sure that would cause a build-up worse than I normally get in the chimney and that can get rather bad
