July 4th celebrations coming up ... I think I will by pass the events & stay home.

It was dad's idea in the first place, so that mom n I do see each other at least once in a week

But basically cat had a stroke. Nothing to do

I know dogs years, but not cat years--it seems like it's a full life.

Yeah 17 is quite old for a cat

I've seen on occasion that one human year=7 dog years isn't actually all that accurate, the first two years are a lot faster and then it slows down

I have no idea. His barn cat did have a pair of orange kittens and he's been working on getting them used to him like he had to with their mother (who will come up to me for pets now). The oranges, since they're both orange, have been creeping closer, and today one of them sniffed dad's boot so he's making progress

I have Dlink and Rufus, as they're my cats

Happy 4th the crackling of various firework types are everywhere. I prefer sparklers for smaller ones and the ones that go whee for the bigger. Y'all got favorites?
