Last night good, got up decent time, had pasta. Did chores a bunch. Watched vids, played games, chatted on Discord (both vc and text), watched anime


Only problem is I'm feeling sick, like me mum

Sore throat, lethargy, fatigue, coughing, sick sounding voice. Unfortunately I do not feel better, I feel much worse, but ty anyway






Other than being sick and missing work, last night was good. I woke up, called my mom (she's at a training thing I think), told her I was sick, listened to her instructions about calling work (what to say, etc) and the doctors to set up an appointment, then followed those instructions. Ate burger, corn, and small potatoes for dinner. Talked to my friends on vc (which I now regret because it strained my throat from talking), watched videos, played games, watched my anime





Now I work tonight but I'll probably still be sick, I just got to make sure I wake up earlier to tell my team lead because he's off tonight and will need to call someone in
Though of course, it'd be nice if I feel better tonight



Anyway, wish me luck either way

With a sore throat check your temperature because you could be contagious.

You could have a bacterial infection or a virus. If it is strep you can get antibiotics for it.

Take a flash light & look at your throat in the mirror or have someone else look to see if you have redness or spots.

Warm broth is good for the throat & helps get some nutrition down when your throat feels too sore to swallow. Also popsicles helps numb the throat from the cold.

Hope you feel better soon but do expect about 5 to 7 days if it is a virus. Hopefully no one else around you gets sick.

Sounds pretty deep. Fluids, rest, and if you can, get some sunlight (vit. D) and vit. C intake. Being low on either will make it drag on longer than it needs to.

Last night was alright. Stayed home again. Ate good dinner. Watched videos, played games, talked on Discord vc (but didn't say much so as to avoid straining my throat), talked on Discord text, watched anime. Now I go bed

Last night was good. Woke up at a decent time, had a good dinner, had Dairy Queen. Chatted with friend over vc, discord friends over text, and gf over text. Played games, watched videos, caught Pokemon. Had fun

Last night was good. Woke up way lats because I had to stay up late in the morning to call my management. Had Kraft Dinner for dinner. Did some chores. Chatted with friends over vc. Played games. Watched videos. Chatted with gf over vc and played Minecraft with her. Chatted on text with peeps. Had fun




Now hopefully tonight I wake up on time, then tomorrow it's hopefully back to work!

Last night was good, I woke on time, had shepherd's pie for dinner, went to work. Coughed a lot at work but had lozenges and water. Got a lot done at work despite the sickness. Watcher videos, read on break, played games, played with Poketwo, chatted on Discord, watched Pokemon Horizons, had fun




Now I work tonight and then I'm off until Wednesday! Also tomorrow the next season of a YouTube series I watch is apparently starting!
