I do know they have sleep apnea tests that can be done at home or heart monitoring tests that can be worn at home. I wonder if you can do something like that so you don't have to travel so far because driving in a big city I think would be very stressful! Or can someone drive you ??
But getting a baseline is beneficial so I guess if there isn't another way then you need to do it. Make sure you ask for a copy of all your labs & records!

Sorry I'm only catching up now (so many things IRL). It sounds like an 02 issue--you're not getting enough. So many causes and solutions so stay hopeful.
You might consider getting an Oximeter (typically can be found for under $10) to track your blood O2 levels. Maybe you'll notice a pattern that can be helpful. I was really surprised how quickly you can boost your O2 level with just a couple of deep breaths! Just beware that too much O2 can cause a low levels of CO2 which can be very bad too (what happens when you hyperventilate).
Were you having any symptoms that set you on this current journey?
We're really glad to hear from you, good, bad or anything in between!![]()

I am so sad you have struggled since birth but look how long you have survived, yay!
I will have to try to research about the blood cells & oxygen as I really don't understand it but I am relieved you are getting some help & I hope you stay proactive. I worry that you get weak & feel like passing out so easily. But I hope the Doctor's can find solutions for you quickly.
Is this a hereditary issue?
Also, thankfully sounds like the liver biopsy was good as well.
Keep you in my prayers!
