You don't need luck, Npix, you know what to do!

Very nice if your friend can get visitors.

Hope you found some good buys.

Turns out I needed luck
Fingers crossed!
I did!

Last night was... not the best. I woke semi decently, had dinner I didn't really like, and went to work. At work everything kept falling, things were in the wrong spot, I had several damages, I had to put away a bunch of returns into the returns bin three times, filling it completely with just my returns, and I was slower than I'd like to be. Thankfully it SEEMS my supervisor was understanding (but last time I assumed that I got given heck my next night in, so idk). At home I played games, watched videos, chatted, had fun.

Now I'm in two more nights then off for a vacation

Oh, I didn't factor in other people's messes that you have to clean up.

Holiday season can be chaotic, especially returns after Christmas.

Yeahhh
Indeed, PLUS they've decided NOW is a GREAT time to start enforcing rules for facing that they weren't enforcing before. Yup, they decided THE BUSIEST AND MOST STRESSFUL TIME OF THE YEAR is the best time to make things harder!
Sorry, needed to vent

Last night was rough. I only got 3 aisles done (was only assigned 4, so at least I wasn't doing 2 less than assigned), had a bunch more returns, damages, etc, AND was told that the big manager was not happy with my work the previous night, EVEN THOUGH the reason I hadn't finished everything that night was BECAUSE I was trying to be REALLY thorough! I can only hope tonight's shift is better. Perhaps this time you could wish me luck?

But at home things were fun! Had chicken finger thingies and wedge fries for dinner (yum)! Watched videos, played games, chatted with people on Discord vc, and generally had a good time

Now one more night of work and I'm free! Pls wish me luck

Ty I have been!

Christmas was great, tho overwhelming. The ride to my aunt's was alright except when my dog threw up on my sister and a pillow. The company at the house were nice, the food was great. I got some good gifts and had a fun time. The overwhelming part was day 3, just too much socialization, so I went to the basement with my sister and we started a new show together. The ride home had no incidents and was nice. I got some more presents at home, all good stuff. I have played games, chatted with peeps, watched videos, watched movies with me mum, done minimal chores, wrote more of my story, and have been having a blast!

I'm off until the 1st, meaning I have 2 more days until next work day! So I'm slowly switching back to night schedule

Welcome back, Npix, you were missed.

Glad it was a fun trip, albeit the throwing up of the dog.

Thanks! I missed yall, too!
Yeye!

Last night was great! I actually woke up 30 minutes early lol! We had a good restaurant delivered dinner, we tidied the main floor, we strolled the dog. I did some other chores here and there.
I chatted in vc; my BFF, then people in a server while they streamed Star Wars movies, then my gf, then the people in the server again while they were streaming Minecraft. I watched some videos, played games, wrote a bit, had fun! All in all a good day! Now tonight is New Years eve and I believe I'll have the house to myself for a bit of it! Hopefully I wake up on time to do fun stuffs!

What are yalls New Years resolutions if ya have any?

Mine are as follows; don't go home from work as much as I can avoid it, work on my anger, continue writing a lot, exercise more, and eat healthier

Sounds like good resolutions, Npix. I think eating healthier will help with your ability to not get angry as often... and if anger is from frustration I know you can come up with solutions for some of that! (Some things are out of our control but it is important to recognize that as well).

Yeye! I do have some strategies, but I still think I need more, and I need to learn to be able to initiate the strategies earlier on in the rising anger, and notice when anger is rising earlier than I have been

Last night was great! I had subs for dinner. I played Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with friends, then Battlefront 2 with my BFF, I played games, watched videos, had a blast! I chatted with my BFF until the start of the year, he was the last voice I heard before this year, and the first voice I heard at the start of this year!

I'd like to take this moment to reflect on this year; the year started well enough, and soon I got my new computer. My computer allowed for many things I had been missing, and whils the deal was that I'd not be allowed to buy anything until the computer was payed off (with one specific exception), my mom became lenient and I was able to buy things more times than I thought I would be. I had fun at campgrounds with my parents and my BFF, I went to Canada's Wonderland with him and another friend, plus I went to a convention. Work had its upside and downs, some of the downs being really down, but each time I was able to bounce back. I got the Switch 2 with my sister, along with Mario Kart World, and later Pokemon Legends ZA, (plus Kirby Air Riders for Christmas). There was a good amount of great movies, like Wicked For Good, Superman, Thunderbolts*, Kpop Demon Hunters, and more. I had an amazing birthday and an amazing Christmas. I joined multiple new Discord servers and Fandom, making many new friends along the way. And of course, I had a great time on this very site! Windlyn has been like a second home to me

I'd like to thank all of you for being here with me on my year's journey, I could not have done it without all of you :L_Wing:  :R_Wing:

Happy new year to you as well, my dear friend!

Last night was good! Woke on time, finished all my videos before work. Had a tasty supper. Work went well enough. Chatted on Discord vc with an internet friend, took some personality quizzes about Ths Amazing Digital Circus, chatted on Discord vc with my BFF, played games, went on reddit, and had fun!

Now I'm off a night (hopefully gonna chat with my BFF again) and in 2!
