Oh dear, I hate when that happens! Like you never realize how much your hand hits something in day to day life until you injure it and then every hit is very painful

it's difficult to avoid germs when customers come in coughing.

Quite a few people with pneumonia and I don't want that.

Is it just my experience? Why is it that those who are most afraid of getting sick are the ones that are out coughing when they're sick and insist they're not?!?
