Nah. I've gotten burns from hot flash before up trimming, and we did have a mechanic get caught by a grinder and make a bloody mess, and we do still have all the usual factory hazards
Me n a particular coworker I get along with very well are known to be a great duo for getting a messy line caught up, especially if there's gaylords and the packout is simple. On the one line yesterday there were four gaylords, we were almost done with all four by the time lunch rolled around and the line only had minor breakdowns, only 15 left in the last one
For that line, because the bottles are one gallon, each gaylord holds 90 bottles. One tech did help out at packout a lot, which really sped things up. He also opened stuff up whenever packout ws caught up and helped bulkheads if they'd just loaded the line with bottles to print and so had a backlog. Hell, at one point a mechanic ws throwing bottles on for us too. And then we had ~20 bottles go on the floor when we changed over cuz screen change, and we got those hammered out right quick. Line started off filled up, ended the night empty
On a different line QC has us as basically the one duo she doesn't have to keep an eye on because we will get every component in, every time. And catch bad chamfers. And all the other fiddly stuff unique to that line
And they know it's the two of us in particular cuz they have had us with others on those two lines and had us separately catch that stuff even when not the one at bulkheads
I think there's one other they have on a similar level to us, but he is incredibly complainy and I do not like being on the same line as him. After that, is a low trust level, and there's two in particular who are incredibly bad. One of the two if I'm on the same line as her I can get her to work. The other is a lost cause and she should not have passed probation
