It was someone who knows the driveway enough to know it's not straight, but not enough to realize there's a turnaround

Still had to do it yesterday tho. My poor ears, at least I could warm my fingers with the exhaust from the thrower

Overshot getting into my driveway yesterday and got stuck in a drift. Got myself out, had the car on the side of the road as I shoveled the end of my driveway cuz the snow was packed enkugh the thrower wasn't going to be able to get through it. Older guy popped up on a four wheeler and asked me if I would like help with clearing my driveway. I said yes, he went and fetched his tractor with thrower and cleared the end out for me
Too small for the mystery plower though, but hey, neighbor being neighborly, I'll take it

I have no idea who he is, and he lives opposite direction to my parents so not anyone they know very well

The best thing about snow is how pretty fresh fallen snow looks & making a snowman family out of it.

4WD or AWD makes it a lot safer. I got to drive a 4WD a couple times in the snow--which felt so safe. But ice, even in a 4WD still felt like it needed 100% attention.

What's the forecasts where you are? Any more storms in the near? The goundhog said 6 more weeks of winter (which would put us into spring, so perhaps he's hedging his prediction?).
