Glad you're OK! Is the handle connected to something heavy or just sticky/stuck? Seems like it's not the right kind of handle for the job and will fail again on someone.

Again, really happy it wasn't something worse! Safety first!

Connected to one of the printer doors, which open up and so have some weight to them. It's the first one that's broken and we've had them for a few years now, we have five, and each has two of said doors so that's ten handles
And it broke off, full on snapped apart. Was a surprise for everyone. So they do their job, this one just gave up or something

Hey my driveway got plowed, this time allcthe way up. And definitely a plow this time, you can easily see the piled up snow. Prolly my uncle again
Which is fine cuz most of next week is gonna be above freezing so that'll be a lot of melting, which will make getting to the wood under the tarp easier cuz I'm out of inside wood

Unexpected is still scary when it happens.

oh nice! what a nice Uncle to plow for you!

oh no, no wood inside - time to call friends over for a wood storing party, then have a pizza or something fun.

So best the one tech can tell, something heavy hit the handle and damaged it at some point, so it was just a matter of time before it broke. There is a replacement handle on the way. He agrees better me than the senior printer too

The scrapes are, thankfully, shallow, and my body seems to have decided this wasn't worth bruising uo over cuz all I have is a hint of one by one scrape
Meanwhile on my upper arm there's a bruise that's currently yellow/fading that I don't know the source of

I read that as "you are expendable!" I understand the sentiment and logic, and how you've take one for the team. Glad what injuries you got are healing well.

Did you not where the handle failed? Has anyone inspected the remaining handles for similar issues? Wouldn't want it to happen to the senior or anyone else!

LMAO no she's tiny, like barely above four feet tiny, and I'm nearly six feet tall. Chances are she would've hit her head if it had happened to her

It failed on the handle???? Like it's shaped like a [ and the short ends snapped off. And being the first one that broke, I imagine the others got checked
