I know it's a thing, I have it. x'DD I meant, it's not the same as the one where you're literally allergic, not just have trouble digesting it.

I am amazed at how mentally/emotionally strong some people are in the world, despite the physical setbacks they have to endure.

It never ceases to amaze me, either.

Oh, also, how do I use this potion on Petrichor? Do I feed it to him?

When you click on the stats of your pet I believe it asks if you want to have them live forever & it will automatically use it ... its been so long since I have hatched a pet!

Npix, it is very sobering & humbling when I come across people who have all these difficulties in life & yet are so positive. Very inspirational & grounding too as to what truly is important. All about attitude.

There are so many people with the entitled attitude & really, none of us is entitled. Some have been more fortunate than others & we have to remember that it all could be taken away at anytime. So be grateful in all circumstances & work to make things better for those that have not been as blessed or favored.

What counts is what we do with, how we use, the situations we are dealt. The old saying "no time like the present" and treat others like you would like to be treated - or my favorite, try to leave this place better than how you found it.

I think of our Windlyn member Vivianne, she could barely speak, barely see, barely eat & barely move & yet she typed away inspiration to us every opportunity she could. She was an inspiration, she had the right to wallow in the hand life dealt her but she rose above it & chose to fight until the end, and even then she kept a positive attitude regardless of her suffering.

She was! She left Lemon her Windlyn account so it's like she visits us and spreads her joy with us now and again. She so many issues it was amazing she made it as far as she did. So bittersweet...

This is the very spirit of ghost writing, and it makes me happy to hear about it.

Vivianne asked me to "ghost" Windlyn for her now & again and during events I will play her avatar & then pass on the items she got. At first I think it kind of freaked people out when I posted for her so I don't do that part of it very often but if you look in old threads her avatar is still here and left as she asked it to be left. I added the bunny because she loved bunnies & it came as an item after she passed but all the rest is her. That way a part of her lives on.
There is also a free item every member can get of Vivianne's tablet, which was her life line, on the memorial thread for her.
