Okay so the eight hours shifts aren't bad, it's the three twelves that SUCK
Also I don't think my cat is used to me being awake at night again lol

How much turn around time on the 12's?

Uuuuhhhh
The one machine we're running makes 5 bottles per shot, each shot is about a minute, so roughly 270/hour
The others are all two per shot, and are either about 100/hour or 80/hour depending on the size
So accounting for breakdowns and such, the main one we're running is giving about 6k bottles every 24 hours, about 32k each week

The daily flitting in n out of the temps is pain tho cuz it means I have to train a new idiot each day

On a hilarious note, I've been writing the shift down as 3 for third on the daily check-in sheet, and for the start of monday QC was clearly just copying what I wrote cuz she's got a 3 with an A scrawled over the number LOL
At least she's not bungling the time too, I've been using the 24 hour clock, so I've been writing down 1800 for the time

It can be when shit gets fucked up :3 but that's a mechanic problem, and I'm not a mechanic
