Last night was good, woke late, had pizza for dinner, did a bunch of chores

Played games (got shiny Froakie in ZA which I evolved to Frogadier then Greninja), watched videos, chatted on Discord, read, listened to music, had fun



Didn't watch Angel Beats! because a new Poketwo Discord event started and then my dad woke up way early anyway

They seem to be holding steady. My dad's leg still bothers him from time to time, but he's staying on top of things

Finished Fantastic 4 First Steps with my mom, played games, watched videos, listened to music, chatted on Discord, read, talked to my sister about the drawing she'll do for my bday, watched some Pokemon Horizons, had fun

Last few nights were good. Sorry I didn't post for a bit. Wednesday morning I thought I had appointment but didn't, Thursday morning I DID, Friday morning I went to breakfast place with parents, Saturday morning I had a new Vampire session
Last night was good, woke way later had chicken fingers and fries for dinner, did some chores
Played games (including starting a new playthrough in Pokemon Violet as a trainer who wants to use their Pokemon to entertain people), chatted on Discord vc and text, watched videos, read, listened to music, had fun


The Vampires session was so fun! My character is a kitsune, so he's a bit of a trickster. He's already teamed up with two other tricksters to sow seeds of chaos
Thing is, he pretends to be human, but no one is convinced, everyone knows he's not human lol because of the skin

Watched a show called The Count of Monte Cristo with my mom, haven't finished it yet but so far it's really good. Played games (including my new Pokemon Violet playthrough), watched videos, chatted on Discord text, read, listened to music, had fun

Is your therapist able to give yo any constructive advice on dealing with the management at work? I had a rough day yesterday with my boss complaining how slow I worked on Saturday. SERIOUSLY, you come in and work a Saturday by yourself and THEN tell me... I don't care what the earned hours say, they are not calculated correctly anyway, urgh

She's able to give strategies for anger, dealing with criticism and talking less (because the ASSistant manager is all like "oh you talk too much" and I'm like, talking is helpful for me and I keep working when I talk so what's the problem), to name a few things, and I've got the job coach for strategies on working better. Also I feel ya






Last night was food, woke on time, had supper, had dessert, watched more Count of Monte Cristo with me mum (only the finale is left), did multiple chores
Played Battlefront 2 with my friends, watched videos (including new teaser for Kingdom Hearts 4!), played games (including Violet playthrough), read, talked on Discord vc and text, had fun



Now I work tonight, then off until after my bday

Are any of the anger and criticism strategies good ones? I know I could use all the help I can get!

I believe so! She has said that anger is a secondary emotional reaction, so it's not the first emotion you feel. Figuring out what emotion caused the anger should help (I'm still working on that). Also we're doing steps, when angry, recognize the anger and tell myself I'm angry, next step is to figure out the options for what to do (for me we're imagining it as like a video game menu), next session she'll probably tell me step three




Last night was good! Woke on time, had chili for dinner, had two cookies, went to work and did well (I hope).
Watched videos, played games (including Violet playthrough), read, listened to music, chatted on Discord vc and text, had fun!



Now I'm off until Saturday

Good things to think about. I know part of what makes me angry - more what I consider frustrated than angry- is that I feel I have done a good job & then I am told I am not fast enough. But if I go any faster than I am more likely to make mistakes that will take longer to correct later. Plus physically the wear & tear on my arms, knees back etc from repatition is damaging & I try to minimize that.

Those are good! Please let us know what part 3 is. For me lack of control is the hard one. It took a long time to accept that it means just that and to direct my energy towards making sure it doesn't happen again (with the control I do have). It's a "dance" for sure, but it feels constructive vs destructive (good vs evil).

And now I sleep and tonight I get McDonald's and cake!
