ahhh so good to be done work for the day.

I hate they keep adding more reports to our work day but don't add that in to our "earned hours".
That's my rant.

I know none of those shows/movies

Christmas stuff already!? No! No way! That is silly!

I'm also reading multiple books!

They're pretty old movies. ; u ;
I know! We got Christmas fabric and Christmas wrapping paper too. Lots of ornaments too. Everything is getting put out now in a designated area of the store. It's pretty insane buuuuut... I gotta admit it makes me smile since Christmas is my favorite holiday. :grin_wink:

It's fun reading multiple books! Haha

Lemon Cheesecake wrote:JinMay : I think that is called "Christmas in July" advertising. Wild. You would think beach or pool theme for summer would be appropriate.

Too busy to read but always find time for a show for some reason. Maybe because I can just sit & be entertained rather than getting eye strain, lol. I used to love to read.

I watched season one of Sherlock & daughter which was kind of cute although kind of sad to see how much the character had been forced to harden because of what had & was happening to her.

New season of citadel, which I like the spy shows.

But sometimes I just want to watch a light hearted, feel good show.

i had stress at work, lets see how this week goes.

Right?! And yet, I've not seen any like pool stuff. We have 4th of July stuff and back to school stuff. We had graduation stuff but that's done now since graduation season is over now.

Honestly I'm getting there. Although I've been- I don't wanna say distracted but stuff comes up and by the time I finally get home, I'm too tired to do anything. Hopefully Sunday (tomorrow) I can watch a movie and relax on my day off. Hopefully I can catch up on sleep because I feel like I need it. I keep waking up like at 8am and I hate it, I just want to sleep.

I kinda want to watch uhh.. Enora holmes? I think that's what it's called. I dunno, looks like it might be interesting. But Sherlock Holmes always confused me. I felt like he was too sophisticated and whatever he said always went over my head.

I hope work goes well for you, Lemon. Fingers crossed!

Fair
Christmas IS good, but Halloween has been Christmas' punching bag for far too long, imo! (Halloween is my favorite holiday)

Also ye, but it can also be annoying to not know which book to read lol

No pool stuff is sad
Fair fair, sometimes things happen
Here's hoping it goes well!

Agreed, fingers crossed for Lem

JinMay : I really liked the Enola Holmes series, light hearted which makes it easy, feel good watching but intriguing enough to want to follow the storyline. I'd recommend it!

There are SO many different Sherlock Holmes series/movies. I tried reading the original books once ... much more "dry" & harder to follow then the shows, as far as I can remember. But I also think I am more of a visual person then trying to retain information from reading.

Summer is officially here! Happy Summer Solstice !
