Indeed
Agreed!

Last couple nights weren't as productive at work. One night I was stressed, last night I decided to just accept the slowness (it was inventory both nights)

Last night was alright, woke late, had meatballs, mini potatoes, and tomato cucumber salad for dinner, work wasn't the best but better than the previous night
I watched videos, played games, chatted on Discord text, read, listened to music, had fun

Now I'm off tonight in tomorrow

Inventory like counts for audits?

When I am tired I find I have to count & recount, even if I write it down it seems like I still have to recheck the count a few times.
Hopefully the next work days will go better.

Inventory as in seeing how much of each item we have, I think
Oop
Hopefully!

Last night was great! Woke on time (even though I wasn't able to get to sleep in the morning for awhile so u thought for sure I'd wake up late), had pizza for dinner with a cookie and Timbits for dessert (there were 8 Timbits and 3 of us eating them, so I took 2 and let my dad and sister each take 3, so it's not like it was a HUGE dessert, but was still a nice treat), did some chores
Chatted with my BFF and (briefly) an internet friend, played Minecraft with my BFF (until we decided to quit because I kept crashing), watched an episode of The Ninth Jedi, played games, chatted on Discord, read a little, listened to music, watched videos, had fun!

Now tonight I work then I'm off 2!

I hate finding out my schedule last minute ... especially when they are supposed to make the schedule a week in advance.

If I can't sleep I like to put a documentary on to fall asleep to.

Agreed
I listen to music

Last night was awful
I woke on time (kinda had to because I had to walk to work), had pizza for dinner, walked to work. At work my non-manager non-supervisor acted like he was the supervisor and made me cry (this is the one who's been causing problems), so I left early

So yeah, that happened

Now I work tonight, and idek who the supervisor is, or if the non-supervisor will be there

Is the non supervisor acting supervisor if the regular supervisor is not there?

Since you have existing issues with that person can you request not to be scheduled when he is working? (since that makes it a harsh work environment for you).
Or can you talk to your counselor for ways you can handle - responses you might give to that person if you do have to work with them? Something so you are prepared ahead for different scenarios you might encounter.

I don't know
That would greatly limit when I can be in, especially since I've already requested Fridays off (because Saturday mornings are my minecraft role-playing sessions)
That could be an idea

Another idea is to get him fired
He said this that day (and I quote); "I don't care if saying this gets me fired, I am done with your drama, I am done with your sh*t, I am done with you crying."

So yeah, I think I'm gonna try and take him up on that offer

I have found that when people are inpatient & rude like that they often are dealing with things in their personal life that they can't handle & so try to get control at their work environment.
Not that, that is an excuse for them. And sometimes it doesn't matter how nice you try to be they still react the same.
Like my boss trying to tell me I'd be back to work sooner then the Doctor says even before I had my surgery was stressing me out so badly. Maybe she thought that was encouraging, that I'd heal quickly? She told me to try to do my surgery in August & then got upset because now I will be off for labor day weekend & I interfered with her taking time off in September - which she never put time in for nor mentioned she wanted time off. I have waited a year & a half to get in to this Doctor & I was limited on when I could go in. Was it necessary for her to stress me out? no! But then she is all nice, wishing me the best for my surgery & my recovery. I kept telling her doctor said 3 to 4 weeks and 6 weeks before I could go back to normal activities but I wouldn't know for sure until my Post op appt. The other person I work with has no problem with me being off & she will make overtime while I am gone & take vacation when I get back. I did cry over it because I was so frustrated, but not in front of my boss, which maybe I should have broken down! I'd just go into the bathroom or walk away without comment & start working in a different area. That is my rant.

So keep strong, don't let them make you lose control in front of them, sometime we have to bear with it and hope they retire early or transfer.

Sorry you both are having unnecessary stress at work. I think it helps to remember that all of us are broken, but some more so than others. Unfortunately there are more things than anyone would hope that are un-fixable. The choices are separation (quitting, etc..) or "dealing" with it (I'd more accurately term it "manage").

Pix, from what you describe it does sound like an HR thing. Not sure you can get fired for it, but attention should be brought up because at the very least it was unkind. Please keep in mind that in the end no one walks away unscathed from conflict. Life isn't fair.

Lemon, perspective changes everything. In the grand scheme of things your boss is low on the important things far below your health. AFAIK, by law, your doctor's opinion outweighs your boss'. <group hug>
