If it helps at all I have a bad memory in general. The other day i somehow managed to almost 100% remember my dad's social security number when I was asked for it at social security though. But then I was asked something like "When were you diagnosed with this" and I derped entirely. xD My case worker from a health case management program actually had to answer most of the questions for me. Good thing he brought me...
