My teachers(actually just my chinese teachers) are not nice.
I usually have to mentally prepare myself before going to class or I might end up crying haha;;;

Pretty much true in all regards. This reminds me of a question a teacher asked my history class 13 years ago or something like that. He asked my class, "Is it better to have a King who is feared or a king who is loved?" My class was really silent and then all started saying that he should be feared because then people would be too scared to revolt against them. I then raised my hand and disagreed with them. I said that if a king is loved then nobody is going to want to revolt because there would be no need. The King would be doing all the right things for his kingdom that everyone loves him. The class told me that I was wrong and stupid but the teacher stopped them. He said I actually bring up alot of good points and am quite right.

I'ma just pop in right here, and say, I think a king should be both feared and loved, and not just one or the other. If you're simply a king who's loved, you can be seen as weak by some people, if you're feared, you have everyone under you wishing to hopefully over-throw you someday.

On that kind of situation I think it needs both, like:
If a king is feared, it won't stop people from revolting as 1 against a hundred is an uneven match. But if a king is loved, it doesn't necessarily mean that the people wouldn't abuse his kindness in one way or another. I think it should be a mixture of both.

But like if it comes to teachers it's a rare attitude.
Like I tried classifying the teachers in school, not one teacher is both, it's either one or the other.

I p much agree with that bc that is what usually happens in most of my textbooks in chinese history
