Ya, I don't mind! I actually like left overs. Mixing it up a bit. And I can eat it all heated up in one bowl.

Three people I know had family or friends who died Christmas day. One was a head on collision killed by a 22 yr old person driving drunk at 1:30 am, one of was a 27 yr old person who committed suicide because 6 yrs before he had killed someone in a car accident when he was drunk, and the other was my Bosses son who died in a single car accident (not driving drunk), they think he had a heart attack. So heartbreaking!!

I bet Christmas is hard for them. I hope that being around friends and family helps absolve some of the pain. :c

My great-aunt told me about her old co-worker's son who accidentally killed someone in a crash. I guess he'd been working two jobs for a while and was exhausted from lack of sleep. He fell asleep at the wheel on the highway and veered through the grass into the other side, crashing into a car and killing the person on impact. She said he's had intensive therapy since then, but I don't think he's fully gotten over it. I still think about him and wonder how he's holding up these days.

It is a reminder how important it is to let people know we care about them & even say "I love you" like at the end of a phone call, text, saying good bye after visiting. We don't know when someone might leave this earth.

I was blessed today, my baby sister sent me a package with a very meaningful gift... when she was little I would sing "you are my sunshine" to her, and she sent me a silver necklace with a sun pendent. I love it! Very thoughtful.
