I am exhausted, how are you doing? Decided on any plans for the holiday decorating and cooking?

I am doing okay! I am tired too, we actually had a Christmas wrap party at work and I was a little drunk when I left. I fell asleep at 10 ish and I woke up at 1am and have been up since. It's weird. Why are you exhausted?
I have all the decorations up but I dont know what to make, dad says he wants a ham so I guess I will be cooking a ham!!
And the job is going pretty nicely, its a very laid back workplace.

I'm exhausted since this is the busiest time of the year and work is monitoring our transactions which is stressing me out... sometimes people have questions! I work with no break & it just gets to be tiring sometimes.

I went to a friend's today and she has her place all decorated for the holidays, it was very pretty, she did a seaside motif on her tree this year with sea shells and starfish ornaments in blues and silvers.

I don't know what I will cook for Christmas dinner, roast and ham I guess. Meat is so expensive right now.

Do you work retail?? I definitely do not miss retail this time of year, you would think people would be kinder this time of year, too, but they never were. I'm sorry you don't get any breaks that's just awful.
I have always wanted to do a beautiful little ocean themed tree. Well, jellyfish specifically and shells!! I love jellyfish ornaments they are absolutely lovely.
Meat is insane right now! Burger meat is like 6-12 dollars depending where I go. That's crazy!!?!

They had tri tip on sale for $4.77 a pound this week - last week it was $13.99 a pound!

Oh...jelly fish ornaments would be so pretty to make!

I work in retail and shipping so this is our busiest time. Today was steady busy but not insane busy.

I actually wrote a couple Christmas cards out today! Am going to try to get some out this year.

Look for the "Christmas star" Dec 21 ( actually 2 planets close together). It won't happen again until 2080.
