I was in the corner of a tornado warning
All I had was thunderstorm with heavy rain

I watched the latest tornado movie, was sad how she lost her friends.

Jazz is fine. Happy to be home

So mom n dad were getting their roof redone
The roofing part was subcontracted
That poor subcontractor was not happy to find out that his crew had a storm blow up on them and they never covered the roof, causing damage to the interior of the house
The main contractor was also pissed and ready to abandon a weekend camping trip (he got told to not ruin the weekend for his wife, do not leave) to get it fixed
Mom was pissed that dad was out in the storm throwing on tarps
So Sunday the subcontractor crew plus the main contractor's crew were out to finish the job properly. I imagine the subcontractor crew got one hell of a scolding because they caused damage to the house, which the subcontractor has to pay for because his crew fucked up
Dad said it's really lucky that it happened to them for the contractor's PoV, otherwise things would've been a loooooooooooot worse

Maybe that is what comes from unskilled labor?? Hopefully they all learned their lesson & it won't happen again.

More stress for your Mom, glad your Dad was ok being out there in the storm.
