Moon backgrounds give you 1000 and some of the others give you a good amount.

I never get lucky in the fishing on backgrounds on any account I usually get dresses but I'll take whatever fishing wants to give me

I think I'll wait a bit since event only just started but i'll keep this in mind. I have 11-21 of each hand item and not many bg at all, capes fall in between.
