I don't get them that often because a lot of the stores don't have them.

Ah and Aikko she does not like me. I stuck up for someone when she started ranting at them for not accepting her art offer in their request thread. And she got super mad at me.

Actually, she offered her art in an art request thread. And when the user replied that they didn't really like her style she got mad. And started saying it was better than half the people on the art forums, so then the poor requester said "OK OK I'll order" and then Aikko named her price and the girl wasn't comfortable paying that much for her art.

I came in to let the user know I was almost done with something they'd ordered from me and saw that Aikko had posted 4 more times in the girl's request thread, ranting st her about art that she had displayed on the front page being horrible.

So ah. I took the time to explain to her that there was no way that the person would order from her now as she'd just badgered her. And explained that she needed to be kinder of people didn't accept her art or were not comfortable giving her a super rare item as payment. Then I suggested maybe doing a price check on her art to see what people were willing to pay for it. And I linked her to other shops showing her that even very talented artists didn't charge nearly so much.

She blew up at me and said I insulted her art. And then went and told everyone about it in multiple threads. I was pretty mad but just ignored her. She even posted on my art thread but I just ignored her post.

I hope she understands that I meant no offense, I was trying to explain to her that people will not order from you if you're rude! No !matter how good your art is.

I never had a Monster Energy drink. The closes I had was a Arizona Fruit Punch in a can. Unless Soda counts? XD

Ugh I hate when that happens Turtle but I also hate when users Lo ball an artist who has an offer shop too. If you notice that most users order art for 600 of whatever the currency is then that should be where you start and go up not go down to 100 just because you don't want to pay it. The only time it's fair is if the Artist sets up a Set Price then follow that price period! D:

No you shouldn't get angry I just get angry seeing it. Though I am angry at my prices for my art on Zantarni I charged too much. XD

That's clearly not the way to react to someone in their art thread. Though, maybe she took is personally, as if the person was saying her art wasn't good enough? I know I've taken it that way before, especially in my earlier days of drawing. Oh goodness, that isn't good. :c
Sometimes people don't know the prices of things either. /sighs.

Ah, I think I remember her mentioning that she had a horrible holiday. I suppose that's the argument she was talking about. xD

Yes it is! Honestly I am really ashamed of myself for asking such high prices for my art years ago. It's not even that good I was going by what other users were doing. T_T

I think that's part of the reason I tell people to offer, or I give super low prices.
I only up the price when I don't feel like drawing or something.
