Latin is indeed cool! It was the first language that I tried! But once I got to the next step the teacher at the high school sucked... So I tried French... Which sucked... Lol. But Latin helps open the doors to five other languages. So its very helpful. Everyone should take Latin first.

Well yes, but Latin really helps make five key languages easier to learn. French and Spanish are two of them... I forget the other three... Latin is known as a root language.

Down with obligatory third language courses in school! No one else should have to suffer that unless by choice!

All we had to do here was the usual English and then if you wanted an advanced diploma, one foreign language.

Well, maybe its because they were surrounded by more than one country? I mean, america only has mexico and canada connecting to us... And a lot of Canadians know English, but our options here are usually Spanish, French and Latin.

No i think because we have so many polices in our country that helps us strive forward. We aren't a backwards country like america (politically speaking) Unfortunately our politics right now is just disappointing.
Enough people voted for the nazi party that they could say no to the national budget proposition so we have a reelection, so very shameful. or something like that.

I can certainly agree that Americas politics are laughable. Unfortunately I don't really follow any politics anywhere... So I can't even really make any comments on politics from anywhere.

We just need to go back in time about two hundred years ago. It seemed a good chunk better back in those days kind of.
