But, in order to make them grow, you have. To force them to fight eachother. So it is not technically natural. It is a forced change.

There is a pokemon daycare, which IS school for pokemon. There, they level up but won't evolve.

In day care you are treated as a child and they often don't teach you all that much so i wouldn't call it a school.
