Why mold ?!? Mold is stinky and it tastes bad! (Probably why I hate stinky cheese)

I also had a bad experience on molds.

I remember, I ate this not so old bread not knowing it was moldy already.
And heck, I ended up having loose bowel movement lol

I was talking to someone who was complaining that she wasn't getting a good response on her bringing a bleu cheese in mash potatoe's dish to Thanksgiving so she was going to bring that and just a regular potato dish.

generally yes the flavour has to be really strong or it just tastes incredibly bland to me
