Textured books and interactive books are great for the little ones... they love them and it helps develop their little minds and sensory abilities. ALWAYS a good choice. Plus they last.

I've been having to take it easy. Eagle has had to help me out a lot.
He isn't working this week. He was told to go to another store location but they don't have any hours for him this weekend.

I am glad he can help you out but that is terrible he can't get hours!

UPS was desperate for drivers this holiday season but don't know if they are still hiring, maybe because of the shipping demands? Don't know if he would be interested in that, I think they pay better then Fed EX or USPS. Not sure if it includes medical benefits or not.
Can he get any kind of supplement pay when he can't get hours?

What's worse is now corporate is moving all deliveries to be handled by 3rd party. He's pretty much done working there.
His dad mentioned working for one of those. For now he's staying in with me(I haven't been well). We'll see how things go in the new year. He was even thinking about waiting more til Spring.

If he is a driver with his commercial B or C license he should be able to get work anywhere in the country.
But if he can get some kind of unemployment and be there to help you it probably is for the best right now. Roads are bad in winter anyway.

Sorry you are feeling unwell, Watery Star. Maybe you both can move somewhere warmer for you! Seems you feel better when the weather is warmer.

Yeah he's already applied for unemployment. He had called to try to sort things out before knowing what was going on at his job and told to go ahead and apply for it then.

I don't do well with heat/humidity either, so being here with a mix of seasonal weather is fine. It would make it more difficult to be further away from family/friends.

Right now it's more just being worn out and needing lots of rest.

Does a vitamin D3 supplement help for you at all? I'm trying to find ways to boost my energy since I often feel fatigued...not as bad as how you sound but enough to make me feel like I am dragging in the day and it seems to be more then just not enough sleep. So I am trying to look at some other avenues.

That's something that I keep meaning to bring up to my doctor. Eagle gets a shot of something I think it's for Vitamin D, once a month. I've heard it's become more of an issue for the average person with all the quarantine/lock-downs.

I have an appointment in early February with my primary. Thinking about calling to bring up some of my concerns before the appointment.
