Yeah it was my first and only art shop. I sort of did it by time and stuff. I charged 15k for a single Avie artwork and then 30k for a couple. Which considering Zantarni's price range wasn't all that bad since some were more expensive then I was but I was lousy at art. I should of gone like 1.5k tops. T_T
Yeah we are though the site was price raging items on it for 500k when I left and now 5million for them. Since old items are rarer since it's nearly 10 years old next year. *nods head* Welp I'm off to bed since it's 3am. XD
I would open an art shop but I like to draw at my leisure instead of scrambling to get art done for someone. I don't like to keep people waiting. I might try it and draw one person at a time.
Mika: I used to have that problem when I first started Gaia. So, you're not the only one.
Spyridon: I concur! It's nice not not having to worry about getting something done right away. Doing one at a time is always nice. It's worth a shot as long as you're willing to put the time into it.
Yeah it's quite high and was high when I started. I actually went on it and gave all my items to Turtle Sensei and only kept the clothes I was wearing. Why because I love my avatar I made so much from the start. I kept going back to it because it's what made me a me avie!
yeah it's rough when you find one you really like. I made mine in the Dream Avatar maker they had like the first day I joined in 08. It didn't take me too long to acquire it and once I did I never wanted to change it.

If you opened a shop I'd order from you dear!!
And I usually price my art either "Pay what you want" or I low ball it so people can afford it. Makes some other artists mad though because I give better quality art for a lower price.
I think its just the fact that my art was done on paper and I don't have a scanner so I had to take pictures of the art. Even if its free people usually don't like that.
