Good ol'Dad!

Always necessary to have a toilet you can trust!!

You can sew up some cute door door draft stoppers if you got some time. (Or probably buy them pretty cheap too).

I am so happy you are getting your home winter ready so it will be a cozy place to be in!

I've heard of other ways to insulate windows for winter ...I just forgot what they are at the moment!

Yeah, he got a nasty sliver. He finally got it out, he sent me a text

Fresh seat. Toilet still needs replacing

Or just use a small blanket. Is what I did. Already saw Rufus sleeping on it once

Idk if the plastic is making much difference. Though to be fair, the insulation needs to be redone, what's left is way sunken, but every little bit helps and the windows are big heat sinks

If it has storms, shut those. Is what I did with my big picture window. Curtains? Shut them, and not just thin little ones. If you have big thick insulating ones shut those. The more layers you have between outside and inside, the better

Build snow walls like a fort around your house & see if that keeps you warm! hahaha

Probably. But it's not a small house. Certainly not a big one, but it isn't small

Ye, second floor
And basement. Basement door is kept shut on default because cats like to use it as a litterbox, even with clean litterboxes

And yeah there's a difference with the plastic

Technology is always coming up with new things, there should be products out there that should help insulate I would think.

Least until I can get shit properly done. Whenever I can afford that. If I ever can

Heh. So i was being trained on the one machine. Not this week cuz I was off last week. So I come in and the guy training me is there with my lead, who barely knows it more than me

lol, that seems the way in life. The people who make the bigger bucks should know it but don't, they depend on those of us who get paid less to do it ... even when it is their job.

My lead knows how to run it. It's the troubleshooting he doesn't know/remember. Plus there's a good chance he hasn't used it in many years and so needs a refresher anyway
He's got a lot more grey, and it's noticeably lighter. Some of it is nearly white. As annoyed as he was about running twelve hour shifts, I think he did appreciate seeing us, since he normally doesn't

My one coworker missed me, so naturally soon as I saw her I glomped her from behind. Made her jump, small yelp, and then laughter cuz I'm the only one who does that

Another coworker joked that it was nice and quiet cuz i wasn't there. I told him he was thinking of yet another coworker, which had him laughing

Third shift supervisor (they have three shifts) had last week off and completely lost track of time ahahahaha. He told me that Sunday he was all worried about having to go in while visiting his gf who had just gotten back from visiting Italy and she had to point out that it was Sunday, the place isn't even operational on Sunday

We do but there's also times where things are annoying as all hell
Like I can't do the second job I got assigned because there's someone else there for the rest of the night. Can't do the third because the one component is MIA despite me and a coworker both going "there was plenty here last time where the fuck did they go this job hasn't been run in a while (that particular component is used for only one job)" and the computer only says that they're there
