Just got back from the store, sorry! I had to run some errands and I was on the hunt for hero themed school supplies. Spider-Man to be exact. Couldn't find any though in the store. Ended up finding some online though and they should arrive on Monday!

It ended up being like $20 with tax but it's a bundle! It has a folder, a 1 inch binder, a composition notebook, and a spiraled notebook. All Spider-Man themed. Hehe. I'm gifting it to my boyfriend for Valentine's day since he'll be going to college soon. So I wanted to help him out. I also got him a planner and some highlighters. And of course, candy.

@Lemon Cheesecake: Well it's something he's wanted to do. But yes, the military will be paying for it. At least, that's what he tells me. I still want to get him something else though, a little stuffed animal. Something Valentine's Day themed. So I'm keeping an eye out.

JinMay, I am sure he appreciates your thoughtfulness but he probably feels your love is more then enough for him ! Make him a card if you can't find one that expresses how you feel.

Oh that would be great if the military would cover at least a large majority of his college, especially since he put time in, so that he doesn't come out broke.

I know someone who is doing it the opposite way, degree through the military & then going to pay off by doing service using his degree. Its not like working for free after, they still get paid a wage.

@Lemon Cheesecake: I did send him a card today so he should get it in a couple days. He doesn't know I'm sending him one though. I like to keep him surprised. He got me something for Valentine's day and I told him I couldn't find what I wanted for him. So he thinks I haven't gotten him anything and he has told me it's okay. I just want to give him something.

I hope it does. He gets out in March, not sure what day though. So he has mentioned that the military will cover stuff and he has also applied for financial aid so.. He does have options.

@XoGREMLINoX: I've always wanted to make him a build a bear. Hopefully when I can afford to! Because I'd definitely get him one dressed in Spider-Man clothes. Haha
