ohhhhh ya! I was mixing it up with korean BBQ!

I think we call the Hibachi table cooking Teppan tables here .. i"ve done it for my birthday several times & the chef twirls the eggs & flips & cracks it & does a heart shape with the rice & the flames from the onion volcano feel like they are going to burn your eyebrows off during the show. Hilarious to watch people, who haven't seen it before, react. Always entertaining.

This place does small rice balls and tries to toss them into your mouth by flicking them with the spatula
