Vitamin D is also supposed to help fight against the covid.

I get a full blood test done & get my Vitamin D checked. Many people are low, not enough of the sunshine vitamin!
I think some insurance plans allow you to do virtual appointments so you don't have to go out. Of course, if they need to look at a rash or something of concern then you may have to go in! It doesn't hurt to ask questions!

It's always good to get a complete blood panel done every year, and more tests if there are other issues.

Lemon : I've had some virtual appointments and one over the phone. Actually not sure if my next primary is virtual or in person. I keep forgetting to bring up vitamin D. Ive written down some symptoms/signs of concern but should note that as well. There were somethings I wanted to look into this year (alternatives/holistic etc)but made more sense to wait.

Someone suggested digestive enzymes since I have problems with digestion. So I am going to look intothat, ask my Doctor what he thinks.
