I know but I eat as healthy as I can without getting sick. Alot of the time I get sick from eating foods that are supposedly healthy for me. >_>

I found the cause of it unfortunately its the evil devil who shows up monthly that I wish I could send back to mother nature with a you gave me the wrong organs letter. Ugh!
