Yeah, lead is claiming no idea as to who did them
Computer doesn't say anyone had been on them that day except for me so whoever did them didn't job into it
We think it's one of three: lead, who likely would just have edited the count in a way he has access to, the one who mucked up the inserts and got written up for it (and is otherwise shit at counting), and another coworker who gets force-sidetracked because she can operate a forklift

But the plates we use, they have numbers on the side that correspond with a number on the one item. Most had them small and/or extremely faded, while the ones that had been replaced simply never got the number added. While waiting for QC at changeovers I used one of my wedge tip sharpies to redo all the numbers, nice and big. Turns out the one set of plates isn't numbered but they also have a thick layer of dust so they're defunct anyway
But hey, all the ones we use have the numbers one the sides. Both sides, so it doesn't matter which way they're put in the cubbyholes, you know which is which easily
