Ph that does sound painful.

I just try to keep my nails trimmed short as I can without cutting into the quick.

Maybe bite on the sides of your fingers & not the tips? I don't know.

Consider - if you don't touch your eyes - rubbing something spicy over your nails? Just to deter nail biting. Or else find something like hard candy or lollipop to bite into as an alternative.

a good alternative--

Green tea's one I usually brew when I'm winding down.

Perhaps Lemon would like some lemon balm tea?

How could you spill it without even sipping it--- that's such a waste- /jk

Can always have tea after resting--
NGL this is why I am trying to always have at least one of those individually-wrapped tea bags on me. Hot water and a styro cup usually aren't that hard to find on the go, so at least I get to make my own tea instead of purchasing some potentially overpriced hot beverages.

---

Speaking of tea, I just finished off the last of my Anji tea. It's good - a light but savory green tea - but I won't miss brewing it. Its leaves are straight instead of curled or rolled, and since I don't own a kitchen weighing scale, scooping the leaves and estimating how much is needed was a hassle.

Currently obsessed over the song Embalming by CaronzBekaluz. The choir parts in particular stuck in my head, but the entire song, and even the MV, is great. There's a very visual kei sound in the song, but it's apparently NOT a visual kei band. The rest of their discography has nothing that resembles Embalming and I'm losing my mind over it.
