Now hopefully I will get some fruit on it.

My pear tree in a pot flowered immensely but only has 2 pears that I can see.

On my apt balcony I'm growing upside down tomato both big ones and cherry tomatoes, swiss chard, basel, oregano, green beans, peas, lettuce, kale, and I might be forgetting something

I need to find strawberry seeds since Elvis costs me a fortune in strawberries

I also got like 4 types of pepper seeds but I didn't plant them

I usually grow upside down watermelons

what?? You can grow them upside down??? This I have got to try!

How big do the watermelons get?

Look for the everbearing variey of strawberries.

Hopefully the snails & slugs can't reach your plants on the balcony.

I live upstairs and I just let them grow dangling off the side of the rails they got about the size of maybe cantaloupes I'll have to look on my old phone and see if I still have pics

And as far as bugs it's really just the bees and wasps making nests on my balcony and then the humming birds come to my feeder
